  2. How do I file a grievance or complaint against an attorney?

    Call the Louisiana Disciplinary Council at 1-800-326-8022 for information on how to file a complaint against a lawyer.

  3. How do I know if my attorney is in good standing with the state bar association?

    Call 1-800-421-5722 to find out if a lawyer is in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar Association.

  4. How can I become a member of the Shreveport Bar Association?

    Register online or print an application and send your completed application and payment to PO Box 2122, Shreveport, LA 71166-2122 or if you want to pay by credit card

  5. Where can I get assistance from an attorney at a discount or at no charge?
